Is there a business center available for guest use?

 No, we do not maintain a dedicated business center on our property.

Do you offer free printing or workspace options?

Yes, our complimentary wireless internet is available across all indoor and outdoor spaces to serve as your workspace. Our front desk staff can also handle basic document printing for you at no charge.

What types of events does the hotel host, and what group sizes are best suited for the space?

We host corporate events, showcases, weddings, and social celebrations for groups up to 300 people.

What is the maximum capacity for each event space?

Our property features 7 distinct indoor and outdoor venues across 10,000 square feet of total space. Our largest venue, Tabby Place, can comfortably accommodate gatherings of up to 300 guests.

What audiovisual equipment is included, and what is available at an additional cost?

We provide audiovisual equipment for an additional cost. Our Tabby Place venue offers two microphones, a viewing screen, and an integrated Bluetooth audio system.

Is catering required through the hotel, and what options are available?

No, we do not provide in-house catering services. We require events to utilize our preferred external catering companies, Signature Catering and Downtown Catering.

Can outside vendors be used, and what restrictions or approval processes apply?

Yes, you can select your own licensed outside vendors, subject to an additional catering fee. All outside vendors must provide us with proof of proper insurance and licensing prior to your event.

What is the deposit structure and final payment timeline?

We require a 50% venue deposit at the time of contract signing. An additional 25% payment is due 6 months prior to the event, and we require the remaining balance to be paid 30 days before your event date.

What internet and technology capabilities are available for meetings and events, including support for hybrid or virtual setups?

We provide wireless internet access across our main event venues, including Tabby Place and the Old Bay Loft & Rooftop.

Are outdoor event spaces available, and what is the contingency plan in case of inclement weather?

Yes, we have outdoor event spaces available at our property. We require clients to secure a tent rental hold to serve as a contingency plan for inclement weather.
