Yes, we offer accessible guest rooms featuring entry doors with 32 inches of clear width, grab bars in the bathroom, and bathroom doors at least 32 inches wide. Our property also features accessible public entrances, accessible routes to registration, and van-accessible spaces in our self-parking facility. See here for more information.

Are the rooms pet-friendly?

Yes, we are dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs under 40 pounds each per guest room. We charge a non-refundable fee of $45 per dog, per night, plus tax to your room at check-in.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?

Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout all of our guest rooms and public areas on the property.

Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?

Yes, all of our guest accommodations feature fully climate-controlled, adjustable air conditioning and heating units.

Are cribs or rollaway beds available?

No, we do not offer rollaway beds or cribs on our property. However, we can provide Pack ‘N Plays for your use upon request.

Do you offer housekeeping daily?

Yes, we provide daily housekeeping services to refresh your guest room throughout your stay.

Does the room rate include all mandatory fees, or are additional charges applied at checkout?

No, our published room rates do not include taxes, resort fees, or optional add-ons like pet fees, which we apply at checkout. We will also place a standard authorization hold for incidentals on your credit card at check-in, which we release upon your departure.

What bed configurations are available, and can I request a specific setup?

We offer single king, single queen, and double queen bed configurations at our property. Please contact our Guest Services team directly to request a specific setup, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

What is the maximum occupancy, and are cribs or rollaway beds available?

Our maximum occupancy varies depending on your specific room type. We do not provide standard cribs or rollaway beds, but we can provide Pack ‘n Plays upon request.

What amenities are included in this room, and are any unique to each category?

We include a hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, luxury linens, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi in every room. Select room categories also provide unique amenities such as our porch or balcony access, full kitchens or kitchenettes, mini-fridges, and pet-friendly setups.

What is the early and late check-in policy, and are there any associated fees?

Our standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed but are complimentary if your room is clean upon arrival, while a guaranteed 1:00 PM check-in requires a $50 fee. You must arrange late check-outs day-by-day with our front desk based on availability.
