General Guidelines:
A credit card is required upon reservation as a guarantee. Three days prior to arrival, the card will be authorized for the first night plus tax, which is a non-refundable amount.
Quoted rates do not include applicable state and local accommodations taxes (currently 10%), and an 8% Inn Fee, both are applied nightly.
Family Plan:
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to stay in the Main Inn rooms.
Pet Policy:
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed in certain rooms only. Pet Fee is $30 per night for one dog or $45 per night for 2 dogs. A $250 refundable deposit is taken at time of arrival. Guests who are traveling with their dog should call to be sure they are reserving a dog friendly room, as limited rooms are available and not all rooms online are dog friendly.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation within 72 hours forfeits charge of first night plus tax.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in time is 3 p.m., and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Check-outs after 1 p.m., if available, will incur an additional charge. We are pleased to extend early check-in with no extra fee when available.
Smoking Policy:
The interior of all Beaufort Inn buildings is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in the courtyards and balconies we only ask that you are mindful of your neighbors. Smoking in rooms will result in a $400 cleaning fee.
