Outdoor recreation: Participants will take part in an outdoor recreation session which will incorporate physical activity with outdoor pursuits such as paddleboarding, kayaking, walking, or bicycling. This activity provides the participants with an alternative touring method of Beaufort.
Meditation seminar: Participants will take part in a 90 minute meditation seminar which presents the evidence on the effects of mindful meditation on health and wellness, followed by practice and reflection.
Nutrition/education seminar: Participants will enjoy a healthy continental style breakfast, morning and mid-day snack, as well as boxed lunches for both days.
