About the Chef:
Christopher James Hewitt, a graduate with honors of the culinary institute of America winner and 2 time competitor on iron chef, executive sous chef, of Bobby Flays original Mesa grill for several years, winner of the wild Georgia shrimp and grits competition, winner of the Williamsburg Virginia culinary salon,winner of numerous local food competitions, and current holder of the silver cup, of the Beaufort shrimp festival.
