1. Head southeast on Bay Street toward Charles Street.
2. Turn left at Charles Street.
3. Turn right at Craven Street.
4. Turn right at Scott Street.
5. Turn right at Port Republic Street.

From Lady’s Island Marina – 1.3 Miles

1. Head northwest on Sea Island Parkway/US-21-BR toward Meridian Road. Continue to follow US-21-BR.
2. Turn left at Port Republic Street.

From Savannah Airport – 45.3 Miles

1. Head west on Airways Avenue toward McKenna Drive.
2. Slight right to merge onto I-95 North toward Florence.
3. Take Exit 8 for US-278 E toward Hilton Head Island/Beaufort.
4. Merge onto US-278.
5. Turn left as SC-141.
6. Turn left at SC-170.
7. Turn right at SC-170 N.
8. Slight right at Boundary Street/US-21. Continue to follow Boundary Street.
9. Boundary Street turns right and becomes Carteret Street/US-21-BR.
10. Turn right at Port Republic Street.

From Charleston Airport – 71.6 Miles

1. Head northwest on International Boulevard toward Air Cargo Lane.
2. Turn right to merge onto I-526 W toward Savannah.
3. Turn right at Savannah Highway.
4. Continue on Ace Basin Parkway.
5. Continue on US-17 S.
6. Slight left at Amy Hunter Conn.
7. Continue straight onto Trask Parkway/US-21 S. Continue to follow US-21 S.
8. Continue on Boundary Street/US-21 BR. Continue to follow US-21 BR.
9. Turn right at Port Republic Street.

From Hilton Head Island – 40.7 Miles

1. Head southeast on Pope Avenue toward Office Park Road.
2. Make a U-turn at Office Park Road.
3. At Sea Pines Circle, take the 2nd exit onto Palmetto Bay Road/US-278 W.
4. Take the SC-170 N ramp.
5. Merge onto SC-170.
6. Turn right at SC-170 N.
7. Slight right at Boundary Street/US-21. Continue to follow Boundary Street.
8. Boundary Street turns right and becomes Carteret Street/US-21 BR.
9. Turn right at Port Republic Street.

From I-95N and I-95S

1. Take exit 8 at Hwy. 278-E (to Hilton Head Island)
2. Turn left at SC-141 (to Beaufort)
3. Turn left at light on SC-170
4. Cross the Chechessee and Broad River Bridges
5. Turn right on Hwy. 21 (Boundary Street) at stop light
6. Drive past Beaufort Town Center and National Cemetery (on left)
7. After sharp curve, US 21 becomes Carteret Street
8. Continue approximately 5 blocks to Port Republic Street and turn right
9. Beaufort Inn is two blocks ahead
